Travel Time

‘A lie travels ’round the world, while Truth is putting on her boots.’ Charles Spurgeon

This is a brilliant reminder that Truth sometimes travels slowly while deception races forward like a wildfire.

The good news is that eventually, even the strongest of wildfires burn out… and when that happens, the flames that deception was fanning so effectively, become nothing more than a smoldering mess surrounded by destruction.

And while deception smolders, the tiny green shoot of truth that have slowly been making their way through the darkness, begin to emerge…Oh so quietly poking through, as if to smile and say ‘Hello’

Time is often the most foolproof lie detector we have.
