I have not been able to let’ any words fall’ for many weeks now…..
Despite the fact that my mind is restless and full of thoughts… when I sit down to type I get stuck behind the three gates and find that I am unable to move forward.
Gate One asks: Is it true?
Gate Two asks: Is it necessary?
Gate Three asks: Is it helpful?
The world is fragile right now. The last thing anyone needs is an opinion, or a lecture, or to be left wondering if they are ‘doing it all wrong…’
While the words we choose to release into the world may not be ‘carved in stone’ for the eye to see- they are indelibly carved into the energetic fabric of our lives where they remain forever.
Remember this before you speak, or write, or hit ‘share’- and always check that your words can pass through the three gates before you let them go. The three gates are more important than ever before…
