Just one full month into 2015, and so far the universe has given me ample opportunity to practice this philosophy….and judging from the themes I am hearing from Rx readers and my clientele- I am not the only one.
I learned a long time ago that if I have suffered an unkindness from someone, the universe usually gives me an opportunity to deliver a payback to them in full. The times I have taken the bait have not worked out well for me. Retaliation on my part, regardless of how well earned that retaliation may be, ALWAYS ends up coming back to haunt me. This has left me far less reactive than I used to be…. and with a much greater trust that a higher hand than my own, always evens out the playing field.
Right on, Doctor! I have learned the hard way that it is never justified to be unkind.
