It’s in running away that we are most likely to stumble.
If we measure this quote against the experiences we have had in life we often find the wisdom to hold true. The energy that we expend trying to avoid or avert something- often proves to be more dangerous than what we are resisting.
Running away from something is always an option- but when we run we risk the stumble. By choosing to face things with wisdom and poise we can still move beyond them.. but instead of running- we can walk… and then we remain sure-footed.
