I am forever telling my clients that they have an in-house pharmacy that they can learn to access. I always encourage them to visualize an internal pharmacist who awaits their request. As soon as the request is made, the pharmacist goes about gathering the specific neurochemicals that will fulfill that request. Once the prescription has been filled it is sent tumbling into our bloodstream to do its intended job. Its a playful visual, but the hard science behind what I am saying is quite impressive.
