‘Hope Anchors the Soul’- Hebrews 6:19
Hope is like an anchor- often held deep below the surface of our lives but doing its work to keep us from following fear’s currents that work to pull us into the storm.
If you feel like you are drifting today, remember that as long as you have dropped that anchor of hope- the waves may rock your life- but they will not MOVE it.
Hunker down, and wait for calmer waters to return- and when they do, you will see that your anchor of hope, although it could not stop the waves- kept you right where you were supposed to be.
