This quote from Brené Brown is pure genius. When we are the recipient of an unprovoked attack our gut reaction is to fight back. Fighting with the haters of the world is a little bit like calling a play that sends our defensive line hurling over the line of scrimmage, only to land face first on the ground- because there was nothing there to even tackle.
Brené Brown is oh so right- don’t engage with the haters. Let the jackasses of the world be as loud as they like… and just be who you are, and do what you do.

Thank you Randy- unfortunately today’s quote was inspired by a jackass in my field- but rather than respond and be forced to speak ‘jackass’ I used the good medicine at Rx to remind me of my place and I will carry on with a smile.
