Oh how I love this quote… it gives me goose bumps every time I read it, because I know in my bones it is true. True? Yes! Easy to manifest? No!

I first learned about the laws of vibration when I was in my early twenties. I began to study vibrational medicine and how different colors, sounds, and words, can form a healing vibration in the environment. Becoming privy to this information forever changed my world. I even did my Master’s thesis on the topic, studying how the sound of healing words and music could enhance the curative effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients. This was in the late 1980’s and these theories were fairly unheard of at that time, but even so, my little body of research supported the fact that indeed, words were big medicine- the patients who received healing words had better outcomes and fewer side effects than the group that received no intervention.  That thesis earned me a Master’s Degree, but more importantly it put me forever on the path of learning how to harness the healing power of words for the greater good. A full 26 years later, here I am at Rx for the Soul, turning words into medicine each and every day.

Words are big medicine, but we have to be relentless, clear, and consistent with our words if we want to truly harness their power.
