I doubt that today’s quote should be taken literally, but I sure like the general direction of where these words take us. Who we give our time and attention to is so very important, and regular interaction with someone is never benign. There is always an exchange of energy that takes place, whether it is for the good or the bad.
Think about the five people who you give the majority of your time and attention to. In the spirit of today’s quote some of them will be positive numbers, and some may be negative numbers. Think about how they either add or subtract from the equation of your life. If you are not happy with how this calculates out, it may be time to move some numbers around!
