This quote is such a good reminder to be wary of who we spend our time with. Even spending just a few minutes time with someone who is out of integrity can leave footprints on our psyche.
When we keep company with those who walk softly it is much easier to keep our own mental and emotional landscape pristine…and when life makes it impossible to avoid those with ‘dirty feet’ make short work of cleaning up the mess after they leave.
